There are numerous ways to incorporate turmeric into your diet. We use it in cooking quite frequently. Does have a tendency to stain things a wonderful yellow color too…LOL
I use it in cooking too but I have read that not enough is absorbed to make a huge difference in this way and that tablets are the better way to get the full benefit.
I’m going to re-post a few articles we have created for the use of turmeric. Personally, I have not used tablets/capsules. I have made a tea tho {I did not care for the taste}. Capsules would be the way to go for full effect of the absorbtion rate. Give me a sec to re-post the article I have in mind. Thank You!
